Our durability program is designed to make you feel as fit as possible. Injuries can never be completely prevented but you can give yourself the best chance to be as resilient as you can be against it. And that is the goal we had in mind when making our durability program. Targeting areas of the body that are at a higher risk of injury when playing badminton like the shoulder or achilles. Our program offers 2 strength sessions and 2 mobility sessions a week to keep you loose and mobile to become even more resilient against injuries. Consisting of 4 phases each phase containing 6 weeks of training with each phase costing just 30,-.

This is because at BadmintonStrength we use strength training as a tool with improving your health and badminton skills as the goal, the strength training itself is not the goal. So there is no need to spend an excessive amount of time in the gym, we want to be as effective as possible with our time.Â

Good quality of movement with extra mobility sessions. Strength in deeper and more stretched positions so your body is protected for when this happens in your sport with high speeds. Great eccentric strength so you can endure the forces your body needs to handle during your sport.
All our programs can be performed by following our app. Our app simplifies your training with weekly plans, clear sets and reps, and custom key points for each exercise. Every exercise has a demo video making sure you know how to perform the exercise. Next to this our welcome videos walks you through our interface ensuring you understand how everything works in the app.
