Our speed program is designed to get you moving as fast as possible on the court. Our training is focused on explosive force production since when playing badminton we already do a lot of jumping and train the tendons but we miss some maximum force production. This gap will be filled by our 2 gym training sessions a week + an additional sprint training a week, since sprinting has got some unique benefits for increasing speed. Next to this you also get a mobility session a week to keep you mobile and loose, because increasing mobility and quality of movement will also increase your speed! The program consists of 4 phases each phase containing 6 weeks of training with each phase costing just 30,-.

With our programs we are offering you 2 quality strength sessions a week. This is because at BadmintonStrength we use strength training as a tool with improving your health and badminton skills as the goal, the strength training itself is not the goal. So there is no need to spend an excessive amount of time in the gym, we want to be as effective as possible with our time.Â
What makes our speed program unique is that it is solely designed with the purpose of making you move as fast as possible. Because of this we are giving extra attention to ankle stiffness, fast twitch muscle fibers and are trying to get you to shorten the time it takes you to produce force. This is because in sports everything needs to happen fast so next to being able to produce force being able to produce force fast is even more important in sports.
All our programs can be performed by following our app. Our app simplifies your training with weekly plans, clear sets and reps, and custom key points for each exercise. Every exercise has a demo video making sure you know how to perform the exercise. Next to this our welcome videos walks you through our interface ensuring you understand how everything works in the app.
Next to our strength training we are also offering 1 speed and 1 mobility session a week with our speed program. Our speed session is a shorter session where we focus on reaching maximum force output and maximum speed by sprinting. This is because sprinting offers some great benefits we can only get by sprinting.Â
Next to the speed session you also get a mobility session each week you can do at home. This is because better mobility can increase your quality of movement and the extra strength training and sprinting can make you a little stiffer in the beginning so we use our mobility session to counter this.

Arnaud is a lightning fast single player from France with already quite some achievements at his age. A European junior champion, winner of multiple senior tournaments and a career high ranking of 35 in the World in Men’s singles.
